Aisha is an innovative Customer Relationship Management Specialist who is constantly looking for the best ways to maximize each customer relationship. She is responsible for identifying and driving programs that increase channel engagement across all possible customer touch points utilizing technology. Aisha collaborates with internal departments to bring business efficiencies and streamline processes of acquiring and maintaining clients. She manages and continually optimizes the creation and execution of all strategic and tactical elements of customer relationship management.

T. Renee Smith

T. Renee' is an accomplished small business owner, with over twenty four years of cross-functional experience in strategy development, change management, process improvement, leadership development, program management, project leadership, communications and team facilitation. She has helped small businesses obtain more than $30 million in traditional and non-traditional funding capital. T. Renee' has a proven ability to manage complex, global programs and initiatives, drive process and productivity improvement efforts and lead change in a fast-paced environment.

Tracy is a global digital marketing leader offering extensive experience translating business initiatives and marketing strategies into bottom-line results in sales, revenue and client growth.
